This company is an absolute joke, they contacted me after I went on a door website to get a price on having doors replaced in my home, I was contacted by Douglas Finch to replace my doors, he came to my house to give me a quote, he did , after 2 weeks they had to come back out to re-measure for the doors, after another month I called to see what was going on with the job and was told they couldn't do the job because there wasn't enough money in the job for them the person that gave me the quote was too low on his bid for them to make enough money to do it, but yet they weren't going to call and tell me this. STAY AWAY FROM Douglas FInch and Lifetime Exteriors!!!

We recently had a patio installed, which took much longer than they quoted. The installer had to “start” several different times because he ordered the wrong parts one time, and failed to pick up the complete shipment the second time. He must be a part time worker because he wouldn’t show up until around ten, and then would leave around two. After several weeks he finally completed the project, only to find out after the first rain that it leaks!! We have contacted the office on multiple occasions. They sent somebody out to look at it, and he told us that it leaks because it was installed incorrectly but that it was too late to do it right, so he gave us a way to reroute the rain. We paid good money for it to not be done correctly, so we again contacted Roy (the owner) at the office, and just to appease us, he sent out one of his window installers to look at our patio installation. The guy told us that he doesn’t k ow how to install patios, but he and my husband went up on the roof to look at it so he could take pictures. Weeks went by, and nothing else happened, so we contacted the office again, and Barbara said that they had been very busy and that they would have someone contact us soon. Well, someone contacted us a few days later and said he would be out to look at it in a few days. It has now been another 4 weeks, and nobody has come or called. I called again today, and was told that the owner is out of town and she would give him a message to call me, but I’m not holding my breath! This will be reported to BBB and also to his bond company. I am fed up!!
