I specifically asked for straight nails not wide (duck looking feet nails) and crooked!!! I told him they were not straight and he said coffin and I said no! And to top it off he said go back to where you get them done normally. Worst service ever I wish I didn’t even have to put a one star because they don’t deserve a 1 star from me! Never again will I step foot in there

This was my first time here and needless to say, I won’t be back. I came here to get a pedicure and the lady was not very friendly. Normally, nail technicians hold general conversations and ask to make sure that during the process, the polish is to your liking. There was an area that was not polished correctly so I brought it to her attention and she picked up the polish seemingly with an attitude and fixed the spot. Even though I said Thank you....there was no response. Even afterwards she never said anything. I asked the gentleman was there a place to dry the polish and he put a fan on the ground so that the polish could dry some. He was actually helpful. I still do not anticipate coming back here. Smiling and having a friendly attitude is a part of customer service and this nail salon tech was horrible at that.
