Called this company to remove a spa and they replied back quick and stuck with there original appointment with us. After removing our spa and loading it up. They came knocked on the door to accept there cash, thinking they were going to be PROFESSIONAL and clean up after themselves but this is how it looked when they were done and just left the job. The workers did not even attempt to clean up the pieces after loading and this is what it looked like when they completed the work. I dont know about you guys but when you complete a job, you clean up after yourselves. So therefore I gave them a 1 star for customers to review before hiring this company to do the so called job task at hand. Thank goodness they arent in the roofing business, if you know what i mean. Thats just one photo, as it says it all. They left pieces of the spa on the side of the house too with clips laying around our house as they transferred the spa to the front yard. Then they left material in the street for us to I guess pick up. I would be a shamed to have my name on this job. Readers can view this as UNPROFESSIONAL SPA MOVERS or PROFESSIONAL SPA MOVERS, but you know my decision. VERY POOR check list when attempting to complete a job and having the Audacity to ring the bell, asking to get paid when the job was not done. For your information, my backyard is and was spotless before you guys arrived. You clearly left huge pieces behind, leaving our yard a mess. Oh and the front yard too Pictures dont lie. You were in a rush to get in and out and therefore could not clean up after yourself period. I was perfectly satisfied with your service until we realized you didnt pick up when the job was supposedly done. You dont have to be sorry, just clean up once the job is done and youll earn more business. Nobody expects you to rake the mud or wash off the mud on the cement slab but clearly you left spa material behind. Some people just dont have very good work ethics anymore. Thanks for getting the spa and dont blame dogs or mud for your work ethic.
