Kim Sheridan is the greatest! I worked with her last November when I thought I would be moving to Bakersfield. I ended up not moving there, but I want to thank Kim for being a great real estate agent. Kim set aside a few hours for me any time I wanted to come to Bakersfield to look at houses. She not only set up appointments for houses I found online, but always found a few others to view that she found. Kim almost immediately figured out what I wanted and didn't want in a house. She was also very smart and honest about letting me know about defects in houses that wouldn't have worked out for me. In addition, it was just fun driving around with her--I felt like I already had a friend, if I had moved to Bakerfield. Kim has lived in Bakersfield since her teens, so she knows the area very well. I recommend Kim Sheridan to anyone who needs a house in Bakersfield--she is super competent, savvy, and very kind.
