The receptionist is very rude , expected us to pay a 750.00 towards our deductible after we called our insurance company and they said that no we do not pay anything fir the procedure. Then to make it worse , the nurse woke me up after the procedure and kept trying to get me to sit up and I couldn’t. I was so out of it still so sedated and kept trying and trying to finally she just said sit up because I had to keep laying down . She then handed me my bag with my clothes and said go to the bathroom and change. I said I am gonna have a hard time walking. She still made me walk all the way across the room it took me forever to get there. I was so dizzy and so out of it and sweating profusely. I finally made it into the bathroom and I took me 15 minutes just to get my clothes on and kept asking me if I was almost done getting dressed and I kept telling her give me time. While this was going on, my husband was out in the waiting room and the receptionist was out to lunch. There was nobody there. The nurse looks out the door look straight out and shut the door.
