We had a little communication issue at first. Just phone tag for a day. But once we got that situated, everything was all good. Anything else I may need in the future i would ask my Doctor to write my prescription out to them.

I'm a truck driver in need of my Compliance report for my DOT physical. My Dr's office been requesting a report for 3 days and no one sending the report. Now my medical card is expired and can't work!! They don't deserve any stars!!!!!

I wish I can give zero stars. Had a family member on their service. The worst company ever. They don't care about patients, don't call back, won't pick up their equipment so they can keep billing to insurance. Even after repeated calls from our doctor. The ventilator they brought was dirty and unsanitary. Their delivery person didn't know anything about it. Would not recommend.

Worst DME company around. No after hours service despite website claiming 24/7. Rude staff. Unable to replace equipment or handle any of our concerns in a timely manner.
