I was sent here by my employer for an injury, that falls under Worker's Compensation, this is the worse place. The doctor is not even a good doctor although he bragged that he was. All I know is what I read about his criminal record online. He didn't even evaluate my injury, he just dismissed me and I never returned. Waste of my time. Saw another doctor, who was very attentive and concern.

Posting this review because no one has yet. I had to go in to take a drug test and physical. During the drug test they locked up my stuff and made me pee in a cup. The fill line was pretty high which I thought was funny. They informed me not to flush but did not watch me pee. The test was Instant and you can tell if you passed or failed. There is no sink in the bathroom. After I came out I handed my cup to the guy and he immediately went back in the bathroom to observe if the urine in the cup and toilet were the same color. He poured out the cup and trashed the cup in seconds after I handed it to him and then I went on to the physical. My advice is do not try to use someone else's pee, fake pee or cheat the test. Temperature plays a role also. Good luck. Hope this helps.
