This place scammed us by selling us fake gold and then they denied even though we showed them the receipt

Today was a disappointing visit at this establishment. I have a bracelet with three pendants of Saint Benedict all three are linked to the bracelet with a small ring of gold wire. The ring has been worn-out by daily use and I went to have it looked at and repaired. I purchased the bracelet and pendant about three years ago at this store and have come for the exact repair before. The girl who took the time to help me was not willing to work on getting it fixed because she didn't see any issues and that it wasn't worn-out as I stated. This was at the main store, I also went to the store walking in from the east doors and they said they could fix it but were charging $15 dollars more from what the other store had quoted me. Bad customer service and denying the fact that my item was in need of repairs. I wish Armando (Owner) would have been there, he's always willing to help. He himself has helped me with past issues and has always been more than happy to take my request or modify some jewelry.

I have been a very happy client with them until they became overwhelmed with serving some girls with terrible service. They need to know that we are going to go out for a gem and with that face, it is better not to be one less client.
