        With this company for a decade. Customer service went down the drain and prices went through the roof. Wallet got stolen , locked all my cards, one payment got canceled because card was locked. Tried to pay with new card but now I have to pay full policy up front after never missing or being late on one payment. So I say no and go to State Farm for half price. Then they send not me the account holder but my wife to collections even though she never had insurance with Allstate. Never told us we owed money just sent it to collections. Cant produce any documents that my wife signed because she never did sign any. Long story short Ill never do business with Allstate again. State Farm took me right away for a great price and also said that other people have been going through this as well.
