The smell was not good, we switched rooms, and though the smell wasn't as bad , it still was not good. There was blood on our bathroom door in the 2nd room. In the first room the carpet was so stained I wouldn't take off my shoes. The front desk workers were very kind, not a single complaint there. I just think this place needs to be renovated.

I gotta relax and enjoy myself there this weekend. They were nice and the place was clean.

I didn't even get to check in to the hotel and they charged me for the night simply because I requested a unit on the first floor; As a person with disabilities i physically can not go upstairs i was told it was the 2nd floor (with no elevator) or pay more for a unit on the first floor. They even threatened to add pet charges for my service animals if i didn't just pay extra for the room on the first floor. I then said if they couldn't accomodate me then please cancel my reservation and ill go to another choice hotel. The manager decided to refuse to help us he further said it was already discounted and couldn't refund it even though his staff was willing to assist us. Im out $80 plus i was embarrassed and publically humiliated due to my physical limitations... Thanks Quality Inn and Choice hotels for the GREAT customer service. Fair warning if you are a person with disabilities dont rent here they will humiliate you, make you feel bad for being medically needy, ask you for proof for accomodations plus they charge you more for for the accommodation.... In summary they they definitely need sensitivity/ADA training, cdc training due to the manager not having a mask on during the whole encounter, nor were social distancing guidelines being followed/no safety partitions were in place either not to mention the air conditioner was broken in the lobby it was unbearably hot (outside temp was over 100°) with a pungent humidity odor. Im so disappointed with how i was treated. They refused to accommodate a disabled person by providing a unit on the 1st floor plus their staff does not wear masks which this day and age is reckless endangerment and rude. Terrence at the front desk... you tried to help us sorry your manager doesn't protect your health nor support your efforts you were not that professional and seriously wow never again!!!
