I'm a local General contractor in Bakersfield CA. Richard Russell Construction and Angel Soto with Eastom Plastering has been doing my recolor coats, additions, and new construction for the past 18 years. I would never even consider using another lath and plastering contractor. I have never had any type of trouble with his employees or their workmanship. He always uses the right materials for the situation, never cutting corners! Thanks again Angel.
