        Just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the service call I received from Kern Door. The serviceman was at my house less than a half hour after my call and had the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Both the receptionist and the serviceman were very polite and businesslike. Thank you for your great service.

        if their repairs are anything like their phone mannerisms I am glad she hung up in my ear before I could ask if she could help my store with an OH door issue - Such class and Customer Service Skills - (NOT)
