Alright, I'm not someone who easily gives out five-star ratings, but I must say that this place and its staff truly deserve them. From the very beginning and throughout our experience, I have received exceptional service. The communication has been top-notch, and even when something was missing, the owner personally delivered it to us. It has been a first-class service all the way. I highly recommend Doughboy. Their staff, customer service, support, expertise, product selection, and pricing truly justify the trip.

I experienced exceptional customer service, marked by their expertise and patience as we vacillated over three different models before finalizing our choice. I acquired the best and most suitable spa for our yard, and they efficiently arranged its installation with speed and courtesy. Horrible company. They just take your money and never keep their word from the contact. NEVER GET A POOL HERE !
