Restaurant Runner

So the last few times we have used this service the food was cold, the orders were messed up. The last driver spilled our soup all over everything else and asked to borrow a towel to clean up her car. Didn't even apologize for destroying our food. Plus it's way more expensive than the other options.

The telephone support staff are straight up liars. This service will falsely tell you the order was reviewed and prepared. In the meantime the restaurant did not even get notification from Restaurant Runner. This app will automatically add a tip to the support staff and a service fee. What a rip off and scam. I have factual information this service scams and the support staff are liars.

Boooo! My 88 yr old blind mother ordered from sizzler a few nights ago. The order never was delivered. Mom called Sizzler, a rep there told her Restaurant Runner is NOT PAYING THEIR BILL, so the order couldnt be completed. Fast forward to today. My mom called again to order some ice cream from Dewars. She was told RR no longer delivers to her address, specifically. She called back to ask why and was given no answer. I called Restaurant Runner myself to inquire. I was told I was being transferred to a manager. After ten minutes on hold, I gave up. Mom got her ice cream. I ordered it from Door Dash, ice cream from Baskin Robins. Everyone looses. Restaurant Runner lost a customer who has been a loyalist since they opened, the driver as my mom tips generously, Dewars, as they lost a customer. Restaurant Runner is almost out of business people, order elsewhere. And, if youre blind like my mom, have a relative or friend use a reliable service! You know like Grubhub, DoorDash, Uber eats, anybody but the runner. Douglas Van Dyke
