Mr. Fit-It is EXCELLENT!!!! The people are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful. And, the prices are very, very fair. One thing I particularly like about this business is that an actual time was given as to when they would be at my house; they did not give me the annoying timeframe of "sometime between 12:30 and 5:30" -- this allowed me to clear it with my boss so I didn't have to take off an entire afternoon. (Plus, they called when they were 15 minutes away from arriving at our house.) Additionally, I appreciate the fact that before actually starting the job, Don (the gentleman who came out), reviewed exactly what I wanted to ensure the job was going to be done correctly. He explained what he was going to do, did it, and cleaned up the entire area when the work was done. Jim, the owner, was so accommodating to my last minute call for help. He was able to provide service within hours. This company has restored my faith in customer service. I highly recommend Mr. Fix-It. In fact, I will be cancelling my home warranty insurance because this business can do all the repairs I need -- at a much lower out of pocket cost and without all of the frustation of going through a third party.
