Another great job by Juan!  We had him return to clean our tile floors and grout. I am extremely impressed with the results!  We felt that the price Juan charged for the amount of work he did was very reasonable. Yes - I will have Juan come back again in the future!

Tom was very helpful and accommodating to our changing schedule as our move out date kept changing. Quotes were great, and the customer service was outstanding!

Spliced carpet in worn area, making the overall impression highly undesirable due to lack of blending.  Now I have to take dramatic measures like replacing carpet in enture room.  Also agreed to clean linoleum and shower but didn't and also refused to lower price accordingly.  Charged exorbitant price and caused significant damage.  Said he would get it done earlier but kept putting it off.  Taking longer to finish job, although not desirable, was acceptable if the job was done right.  But this is a terrible result!Wished I never used service.
