We tried to book a house and the person we were dealing with was rude and unprofessional. After reading other reviews, I see that this has happened before and more than once. Im glad that we decided to rent somewhere else because at least we saved ourselves from a dreadful vacation, as Im reading in other reviews. I hope she learns how to deal with customers or shes going to go out of business very soon!

Tried to book with them but they were very rude on the phone and via email. Didn't end up booking with them. Very disappointed in their service.

Hamilton Cove is the perfect getaway; away from town, but since there is a golf cart available with each unit you can get to town in 2 minutes. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle but you can get there in a snap when you want. We stayed in 8-81, 39 steps total from ground level (cart) to main floor. Be warned but not horrible- if you may have a hard time with stairs ask for a count. Get checked in and got to Vons to save money eating out and on alcohol. A great day can be enjoyed just hanging out in your condo. Only down side is WiFi and cell service is shorty; may not be a concern while on vacation but if part of the party takes the golf course there may be a bit of a challenge reconnecting=have a plan just incase. Its nice because it is quite but great amenities for families; playground in the sand, volleyball, croquet, tennis, pool and spa. Maybe more I havent seen. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Im sure we will be back next year- 3 years in a row. Worth the little extra to have a golf cart and ability to get away.
