I have found DRS Property to be a very professional company to work with. Emails and requests are responded to promptly. I like the online presence and ease of communicating online. I have a house that has needed a few repairs and the repairs were fixed shortly after contacting the management and the work team was really pleasant to work with, Im a satisfied tenant!

I filled up the application for the space rent. They said to me that in a few days they will say to me that it is approved or not... After 1 week I called then2-3 times, nobody answer me. I left a message, then I arrived at the office, the door was shut, I knocked at the door out, came a women and then she said to me “ you need to wait few more days, again... ok.... I waited a few more days, then I called them, no one answered, I left a message, No ANSWER... what’s going on?.... What’s included in your work????? Taking applications and earning money on that, or WHAT???? BAD, BAD, BAD,,, service!!! I don’t recommend this service!!!!

Best property management company in town. DRS goes above and beyond for their customers. If I could give 100 stars, I would. It's a family owned and run business. Donna, Rob, Clay and Nichole are amazing!!! When we had power outages I would get morning texts from them updating me. They make you feel like family, not to mention I love lil Holly. Thanks DRS, see ya soon!
