I wish I could give you negative stars. We just moved to the area and knew getting care would be difficult, which is why we were so careful to provide you with our out of state referral to include the doctor's address, name, NPI number, fax, phone...all your requirements. After waiting weeks for the appointment, you called us the day prior to confirm that we would arrive early. Yet, on the day of the appointment you turned us away because the referral (which you had in your possession for WEEKS) was from an out of state doctor. I want to emphasize that you had this information for weeks, but waited to validate the referral until we arrived for the procedure...This appointment was for time critical care. Thanks for screwing us over.

Dr. Thomas Dolkas is the finest doctor I've been to. His retirement crushed me. But I was blessed to have him as my doctor for 25 yrs. He deserves a long happy retirement with his wife, children and grandchildren. I wish him the very best. But I still miss him.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other posts. My Dr is good, but as far as all of the receptionist staff- every time I go, they are talking very loudly about personal stuff, they talk very loud to you-like you are deaf and are VERY rude! They make you sign HIPPA paperwork and then loudly give out your information. Waiting for open enrollment to change!Was sent for labs by Dr, was told by receptionist- I'm not doing them! It's not in the computer. I told her my Dr sent me, again she said she's not doing them. Then, I said ok, I thought Sutter was good, wow. I guess that was the right answer because then she said she would call back there and ask someone. Well, apparently "someone " worked because I got my lab done. Why, couldn't she just care about the patient and pick up the phone instead of being rude? Their greeting is not, how may I help you, but are you here for labs? They are very busy talking but, don't care about the patients! They talk so loud you can't even read a book while you are waiting. You're just a number, no feelings for a paient here.If Sutter condones this, put up windows!

I am writing this in total frustration. I am trying to get a shot of Monovisc for my right knee. I contacted my doctor's office, Dr. Bergeson, on February 22. As of Friday, March 9th, the prescription that had been sent out to Accredo (my pharmacy) yesterday, March 8th, has been cancelled and my doctor's office never notified me. I learned about this by getting a e-mail notification from the pharmacy. It read that the doctor's office will be sending in a new prescription. That means it will not be sent out until March 12th, if I'm lucky. I do not blame Dr. Bergeson or his P.A. Travis Nelson, but I do think there is a problem with the staff. Either they are understaffed or they just don't care. I don't know which, but there is a BIG problem. It should not take this long to get a shot.
