The best pool service ever. I recommend best pro pool to everyone. They have saved me so much cash on my pool.

So far they have been very good. However, sometimes disappointed that after a visit it doesn't look like my pool was skimmed or brushed. They do keep my skimmer baskets in both pool and pump clean.

We were paying $60/month for chemical service only. We were informed a few months ago that they no longer offer that so they will now be charging $120/month for chemicals, cleaning out the baskets, and rinsing the filters when needed (once every 6 months for us). The pool never gets brushed or vacuumed those are extra services. My pool gets very cloudy and dark whenever I brush the sides. That is something that has never gone away since we've been with this company. 3 stars simply for the fact that they have all been polite and seem like they mean well and perhaps are just overwhelmed with work. I’m so happy and satisfied have Best Pro pool installed the TA 100 D sand filler for my 50’ long lap pool. the Technition Andrew is very honest and trustable person, gave me the reasonable estimate price. Is highly recommend. I got very mad from Leslie pool service,30 years customer until now, because Leslie has check my pool water years, I have paid $90. for the Technition come to evaluated the price, the Technition said my lap pool need TA 100D, stronger 8 hours fill 48,000 gallons water. TR 100, 8 hours only fill 35,000 gallons water and the value is on the side separate, TA100 D the value is on the top of sand filler. Looks much better. That was ..what Leslie Technition Joe told me. After a day Leslie told me the price is $1854 included sand, install TR100 sand filler. I said Technition Joe told me my pool need TA100 D, So I want to install TA 100D, Leslie said $400 more for TA100 D sand filler. The price comes up $2254. I was very disappointed with Leslie the result is not honest to 30 years customer. I have paid $90.00 for nothing. Peason pool price is sky high too Many thanks to Best pro pool Andrew has done a excellent job, only by himself has installed TA100D sand filler for my lap pool, now my pool water is sparkling blue and clear . $1750 Price included take away the old filler, is worth that. I should replace the sand filler three years early.
