Wella the Nurse was so helpful. I needed a referral quickly for a Sedation Dentist visit for my son. She was so friendly with my Mentally Disabled Adult Son.The staff was amazing, helping me with the forms and printouts I needed.

I love seeing wellah, only doctor who truly cares about the wellbeing of patients. I cannot for the life of me reach anyone at the office, even well after lunchtime you will not be able to reach anyone and be hung up on by the system. I have not been able to reach anyone to fill my medications and have been placed on the wrong dosage multiple times not by the doctor, but by the nurses completing intake info. I have been seen twice and made sure to say I am on a very specific dosage, only to be met with wrong information twice. I have not taken my medication in a week due to being out and not able to reach anyone.

The PA .... was nice thorough and attentive. BESIDES that Medical staff and especially MANAGEMENT. Only cares about the claim or the money. Won't give a referral to a specialist unless one of their specialists accepts your insurance. OR YOU PAY CASH, then they will, Bad medicine if you can get any. They were much better when in Atwater . Horrible experience explains why parking lot was empty. And 2 people in waiting room.

Dr. Yaqub sucks so bad. Who gave that guy his medical license ?

I had to leave Atwater Medical because of my HMO insurance. Was never happy about that decision. And with the insurance I have now I was able to come back. In one visit Dr Yaqub did more than my former doctor did in the ten years I seen him. He is very thorough and entered everything I told him in my file. He is working on getting me caught up on everything I missed the last ten years. Wish I could give him more stars. I have seen some reviews complaining about wait time. My last doctor I had very little wait time because my doctor didn't spend the time to listen to me. I don't mind waiting if my doctor is willing to spend the time to listen and treat me professionally.
