Wish I could leave 0 stars. Came in today after i finished shopping at Marshalls and was asked to leave my bag up front by the old passive aggressive Asian lady . I know she wouldnt ask an older white lady to do the same and for this reason Ill never give them my money again . Shame on you lady. And by the comments this isnt the first time this has happened. If she isnt the owner I would get rid of that cancer of a human being . Fast

Tried returning $21 worth of product and only got $12 back because they wouldnt take back a dye I tested out even though their policy is love it or return it and they originally tried giving me $6 back because I had the dye I used in a box and one of the dyes I didnt use without a box so they also werent going to refund me over a BOX

The young lady who helped me was polite and very helpful. I showed her a Pic of the product needed and she found it for me and brought it to the counter to ring up. I have difficulty walking and she stepped up. That's rare with this generation. Many thanks!

The store in atwater california double charged me for my product s I purchased of 34.51 never got a refund or got my money back ..I even called cooperate office told them what happened...that store is a joke
