The lemonade was good, so was the bacon cheese fries. But the Philly cheese steak is a far cry from what I had in Pennsylvania. It's hard to recommend to anybody.

Worst Charly's location. I will not be eating here again. The cheese on the sandwiches were not melted well and did not cover the whole sandwich. You may as well add the cheese on the side if you're not going to melt it properly. The meat was very dry and flavorless. There was no mayo on the sandwich, leaving it very dry. The service was very surprising considering the fact that they have a lot of staff. When we asked for ranch and ketchup they said they are out which is extremely shocking for a philly cheesesteak place. They have fries but no ketchup??? For God's sake,THE DUNKIN DONUTS NEXT US HAD KETHCUP. All the other locations have great food, this one does not. We are loyal Charly's customers, not any more.

The customer service was horrible the lady at the register was rude and had an attitude. The food on the other hand was very fresh and tasty.
