Called in to get equipment for my mom and the person was so rude.  I asked a simple question about a time frame and he yelled at me telling me has had no idea when a order may arrive.  I am so confused why he was so angry but he told me, "why don't you just go somewhere else!".  So I found another place and they were so kind and great!  I would take his advice and go elsewhere.

Great little place where I found supplies to start a first aid kit. Attentive. Helpful in assisting where to find the stuff.

I highly recommend Aroma Medical Supply for any of your random medical supply needs because chances are if you ask for something specific and they don't have it, they can order it for you! Yes you won't get it as fast as you would if you buy on Amazon, but the shop may be able to buy it for you at a suppliers price and charge very little overhead so it's still under the Amazon asking price! I went in looking to buy a specific thermometer in bulk for my office, and they did just that for me! While I was there, I overheard the lady speaking to another customer that the store is certified to do mastectomy bra fittings. What a wonderful service for such a terrible procedure some survivors have to go through. Unfortunately cancer has touched my family, so it was nice to hear they provided this service.

I called several medical supply stores in hopes of finding some masks to protect my wife and me during this pandemic. Surprisingly several stores carried masks but were charging upwards of $9-$15 per mask but when I called Aroma they were selling the same FDA approved N95 masks that are individually packed for only $5!!! I therefore hung up and hurried over as I was afraid the masks would be all sold out.  When I asked why they were selling it for so much cheaper than the other stores the worker responded that they decided not to raise any prices because we all need to come together and get through this scary time together and that it would be terrible to cash in on such an important and potentially life saving item to make few extra dollars." Also he told me that the owner of the store has been battling lung cancer for the past several years and being at high risk herself, she wanted to make sure everyone had access to items such as masks, gloves, alcohol wipes at a low price because she knows that everyone is suffering with loss of jobs, fear of their health, etc and to lose a family member or your own life to COVID19 would be a tragedy.  I love seeing the community come together to help one another through this pandemic, and Aroma Medical Supply is definitely doing their part. I will definitely be coming back to this store for any medical supply needs in the future as I know as a small business they must be struggling financially but love and respect that their deepest concern is for the safety and well being of their  customers and not to make a profit.
