I'm new to Arcata & needed a studio unit downtown; Julie found me a great place! I can walk to stores, restaurants, work, etc & the rent is very reasonable. She is attentive to tenant needs & that's a big plus in my book. Definitely highly recommend.

I had to request information from this firm, as the Zillow listing did not show anything but "Contact Manager". They did respond fairly quickly however and provided the answers I needed.

INCREDIBLE management with well respected properties. I have lived in Arcata for the last 4 years and have moved each time to different locations with different property management offices. Hooven property management is by far THE BEST office to rent through in humboldt county. Julie has been an absolute blessing to work with and be a tenant for. She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns and manages her office with the highest level of professionalism and respectfulness. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.

I rented from Julie for 5 months and by far she was the best landlord I've had. Very understanding and flexible. I appreciate everything she did for my family to help us maintain a secure living situation. Great and simple way to pay rent online too, I loved that! Thank you Julie!
