Abraham, Todd and his crew did an excellent job installing a new D-Box and leach lines. I would recommend them to anyone that is having Septic System problems.

Wow...I broke my water main line on easter sunday, water flowing into the yard. Needless to say I panicked. Called Roto-rooter who were on call, and got a young woman, Alex on the phone. She immediately reassured us, saying she was on her way. She got here in 15mn, and quickly went to work. I can't stress how pro she was, and how awesome a job she did. She communicated clearly, she told us what she was gonna do, was clear about the costs ( which on easter Sunday came at a premium of course) and took care of the problem in just under 2 hours. I thought we were gonna have to spend the night in a hotel. Anyways, Alex if you read this! You Rock, and thank you for saving the day.

Roto-A-Rooter has been so wonderful, especially Raul. We have gone through a few plumbers since moving into our house 8 years ago, but He has been the most professional, courteous and efficient.

Chris and Garry were great guys. Super professional, right to the job, Got it done every time there was any kind of surprise or twist in what they needed to get done. They were able to handle it quickly and efficiently. I just can't say enough about how happy and pleased I am with Chris and Gary's work today at my place. Chris definitely has that spark and made his work and visit very enjoyable while at the same time fast and Efficient! Very pleased.

On a stormy Sunday evening, we discovered that both showers were clogged with debris floating in the standing water, as well as the toilets. Around 8:30 in the evening we found Roto Rooter Plumbers in Arcata on the internet. They offer 24 hour and emergency services. We were referred to a technician who called us that evening. We made an appointment for first thing the next morning. Alexandra Biegel, the technician arrived on time. She found that the main sewer line was clogged. After inspection, she determined that her equipment would not fit in our existing lines. She had to crawl under the house to install the correct size of pipe to run the equipment through. She did great work despite the stormy conditions. Alexandra was professional, resolved the problem and a was a pleasure to work with. The cost of the service was very reasonable.
