Agent Alexandria Forster was unprofessional and rude to me when i visited the office to ask some questions about my insurance plan. she called me a "D$m#@" for no reason. and threatened to call the police on me if i didn't leave. for no reason whatsoever. She made a forced and unprofessional apology just to try and save face. I immediately changed my policy to the orher agent in Arcata and she is 1000% better than Alexandria.
