We hired Serv-Pro in 12/14 to clean up a mold issue under our kitchen sink resulting from a small leak which had been going on for quite a while before we noticed it. When our home mitigation efforts would not correct the stains and smell ( stuff like bleach, baking soda, various fans and heaters) we sought their help.(Their procedure entailed using sensors to test the moisture level of the affected areas, tenting the affected mold-damaged area under the house, installing dehumidifier and heater under the affected area which stayed in place for several weeks, and continued monitoring of the process.) They then removed the sink and dishwasher, removed damaged drywall, plywood and insulation. Next they constructed another tent and also applied a “green” mildew/mold-icide. Final step was to put everything back in place. Our experience with these guys was great. They are very bright and good-natured, not to mention well-trained and respectful of their client's time, property and agenda. Very professional work and the price was reasonable for the amount of time and labor involved. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!
