Sergio provided a clear breakdown of the steps involved in the process during our first meeting, which made us very comfortable. He explained the positives as well as the potential roadblocks in the process; we appreciated that a lot because he is very practical. He took care of the entire application process, was always available to talk whenever we had questions, and accompanied us for the interview. Sergio helped my wife and I with removing the conditions on her green card. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and all of the requirements and documents that we needed in order to submit the application to immigration. My wife and I initially considered doing it ourselves, but Iâ€™m so glad we didnâ€™t because even after just our first meeting with Sergio, we realized we had no idea what we were doing!!!! Thank you for helping us Sergioâ€¦we will see you again for her citizenship application!
