        Arbuckle is a small town, thus parking is on the street. But the restaurant is owned by a man and his wife, who run and operate this eating establishment. Also, they use only fresh ingredients in the meals they prepare and Maria cooks everything herself!

        This little place is a "Roads less traveled " foodie find , for sure. Maria is a wonderful host. She is always smiling and holding the door wide open as soon as she see us pull up in front of the place. Everything we have had here is fabulous. By far my favorite dish is the two chili Rellenos plate with beans, rice and tortillas. The sauce is so good you dream about it!! We make sure our trip to Colusa casino is not on a Saturday, because DonaMaria is closed and we are not making a trip this way without making a pit stop here. I need my Chili Rellenos fix!! Extra sauce please!! Enjoy.

        Went off highway for a quick dinner. The food is incredible. This will be a must to stop for us when we drive through the area on Interstate 5 to Redding.
