This might seem strange, but I definitely recommend this company for their reliability and service, but not as a homeowner!I was a residential customer for over 30 years but recently it became obvious they didn't want residential customers anymore. After a 27% increase in monthly fees, I was informed that my fees would increase by another 25%. Also, I was somewhat irritated by the late notice I received (even though I have auto pay).It became obvious that the business started by a good man over 30 years ago was no more!Sometimes businesses forget where they started!

We had a problem with the mouse in our kitchen and Pestec was quick in getting here (big mouse phobia here!!), professional, explained all options, and was very honest with our problem. They were also very affordable compared to other companies that told us $1K minimum before they even got here. God forbid we need them again but I will absolutely rely on them if needed. Thank you, Pestec!!!!

BAAAAD ant invasion that the usual Terro baits didn't take care of, even after two weeks, so I called Pestec. On time, courteous, knowledgable, honest. And I don't have to be afraid of the baits and other treatments they use, or worry about the effect on my family or pets. Might take longer to work than the usual toxics other companies use, but I'll take IPM over speed any day.
