terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.

Do not go to this place for any reason st all they took a look at my diamond and gold bracelet and took it in the back for the repair person to look at and came back and said a piece was missing. Their was no piece missing my link just detached they stole a link and the piece that the latch clips into and then gaslighted me.

They sell fake gold and say its solid gold   And it looks like im not the first to notice.

Worst gold quality ever. From just simple sweat it has actually made the gold chain shrink a layer/coat like when you put water on paper. It looks like that
