Still waiting after 1:45 minutes for my 97 yr old mother to be checked for pneumonia. They keep changing their excuses, all previous patients have been seen and they have 2 open rooms but still only getting excuses.
They have very limited staff and the Dr takes appts besides working rapid care so it’s no where near rapid.

If I could give 0 star's I would!!!! I've been here several times throughout the years and have never had a decent experience here. Save yourself the headache and go to the valley for some real help.

My first experience at this clinic was very substandard and has left me very disappointed and this outcome was quite easily avoidable. Ultimately the PA I was able to see (there was no physician available to see, and this in itself was a very significant problem) wrote a prescription with an inadequate quantity of medication to reach the agreed upon and clearly stated need. The clinic then refused to order the correct and adequate quantity for the prescription. This will cause me worsened health and is not the outcome anyone needs from a half day commitment of time to wait in a walk in clinic.

Incompetent and rude. Instead of admitting that they messed up my husband's record and x-rays and apologize, this place gave me, my husband, and my husband's doctor the run-around. The front desk person does her best to get off the phone with you as quickly as possible. Be warned.
