I had come with only one 5 gallon jug ready to pay my $1.50 when the older female employee asked me if I had another bill or another dollar since the one I gave her was “too damaged” and “ripped” so I proceeded to give her a $20 bill and still refused to accept my 50c in change and gave me still two quarters back and $18. Very professional that they treated me like a homeless person giving them a crumbled up dollar or something she was very demanding about it and so I won’t be coming here again for a bigger waste of time than I thought.

Just left this place. I went in with three 5-Gal Bottles and let the older female employee know I'd be getting 1 with filtered water and 2 with Alkaline and I proceeded to pay $16.50 and fill up my jugs. As there is only 1 Akaline water spout. I filled 1 Alkaline and 1 filtered jug up. Then when I went to fill the 2nd Akaline bottle the woman runs up to me and turns the water off.
She tells me that I already filled up two Alkaline bottles (again there is only 1 Akaline water station). I told her that I didn't and actually only have one of each. She tells me "No, you already have two and only paid for two". Which is perplexing, because she looked at me as I filled up the bottles. Anyway, I found the experience very offputting and rude, I won't be coming here again.
