        Beautiful showroom, but some items are poor quality and/or defective, however the owner or whoever the top management is literally does not care about customers or the company's reputation, they just refuses to make it right.

        I have been to 15 tile stores and after a while it just gets confusing and overwhelming. The key with Eleganza is they have some great displays so you can see tile and color combinations. And some designer already gave it a lot of thought. Then they have the tiles where you can see them all at once. It gives you enough selection without fear of losing your mind. Wendha helped me a lot and she was professional, courteous, kind and patient. And this is a note to her boss - give her a raise.
