    This trampoline was purchased July 2020, this is what it looks like now. My granddaughter is 10 yrs old and isnt rough.. I had to call to fix the frame, cause the T’s and brackets was breaking they sent some, but trampoline kept falling apart. Mat coming unsewn, hooks popping off. I ask for my money back or a total replacement. They refused.. so here is what a 7 month old trampoline looks like. They say indistructable and durable for up to 500 plus pounds. This is a normal average weight 10 yr old. Here’s a look at our trampoline. Do not give these people your business, they will not honor a warranty, they just send cheap replacement parts. Go to Academy they better and cheaper. I paid 850.00 for a piece of junk.. to go in the trash before a year. There products isn’t what they say..

    I purchased the 8' x14' Olympus Pro Trampoline in July 2019. One year later the spring pad is deteriorating. I reached out to them and after multiple attempts they finally replied to my email stating they would sell me a new spring pad for half off the normal cost of $390. I've tried emailing back, calling, and stopping by the business unable to get a hold of them! When I last stopped by the office last week, doors were unlocked but no one was there or responding to me saying "Hello!" "Anyone here?" multiple times... Don't waste your time. I should have purchased from a more reputable company, but thought I was doing good by purchasing local from the small guy. What a mistake.

    This place has horrible customer service. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. They charged my credit card and never sent a confirmation code. I called them every day this week (Mon-Sat) with no return call just left a voicemail that no one returned. My trampoline is now overdue and I cannot get a hold of anyone at the company! They will not return a single call. They did charge me $1,000 on my credit card. I’m going to have to dispute the charges because they will not call back! I’ve never dealt with a company this unprofessional! NEVER! If this is the service I get now I can only imagine I would never get a call back if something went wrong!

    We bought our $1499 Olympus Pro 8 x 14 rectangular trampoline (free shipping) in April 2015. We were assured it would be delivered within 10-days, in time for our daughter's birthday in May. This was a top of the line trampoline, with the best materials and the highest safety rating. My experience with Customer Service was poor. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email with a shipping date well after the birthday. I called them back because I was very clear when I placed my order that if it would not arrive by the birthday, I would not be placing the order. The people I spoke with on the phone were unhelpful and unfazed ("no one would have told you delivery would only take 10 days (Um, yes they did. I would not have bought it otherwise) and "it's being shipped from CA to MD, it's on a truck, what do you expect us to do?"), but they eventually promised to send us something for free (basketball net?) to make up for the delivery snafu. After all the back and forth, angst and worry, the thing ended up arriving on time, but the promised freebie item never did show up.; I didn't care, our daughter had her trampoline in time for her birthday. We paid to have it professionally installed in our back yard ($300). It has sat outside in Maryland weather (snow, rain, etc) and our cheerleader daughter has used it extensively. The ladder only lasted about 2 months. We did not cover it up, or disassemble it during the winter (are you kidding me? Those instructions are just NOT realistic), so we recognize this likely contributed to its deteriorating condition. We are now looking to buy a replacement trampoline, as the one we purchased 5 years ago from Trampoline Jumpers is broken, torn, worn, and essentially useless. Our daughter says every time she gets on it, one of the straps holding the springs together falls off, or another spring falls off. She is afraid to use it. She also says she wishes the net was closer to the mat, not on the other side of the springs (see 2020 pic). We essentially paid $360 per year ($30/month) for the convenience of having a trampoline in our backyard. A little higher than I would have liked, but I am posting this review to let others know what to expect, under similar circumstances. On a bright note, no child has yet been injured while using the trampoline. I wish more folks would post reviews after some time has elapsed, to get a realistic understanding of the product. The fresh out of the box "it looks great" reviews are just not as helpful. How does the thing hold up over time? Eh, okay.
