I needed to repipe my house and ARC was on the job within days. The owner and employees are friendly and helpful. Anytime I had a question I would text and get a response quickly. They went above and beyond what I asked with the install. I wanted extra work and they added it on got and it got completed. I also feel I got a real fair estimate and they stuck by the price even though I felt they ran into some unforeseen problems. No hidden cost added on. I am super happy and feel that the quality of work was excellent. Service: Water fixture installation

Wow. I was impressed with the quality of the work done in my house. Armando and his team are really skilled and professional. The started on time and finished ahead of schedule. They did a significant structural work in my kitchen that is making a tremendous difference. The job was clean and they made sure that adjacent areas like wall, windows and roof remain intact. I mean, where should I really even start? It was an epic 8 week long journey to remodel and renovate our entire home with Armando and ARC Construction & Remodeling. First off, he is very professional and a great person to work with. Allow him to take the lead and he will let you know if he needs any additional support from you with regard to providing materials or anything else. He is well connected and knows many highly skilled individuals that helped him with the work along the way. We had the entire home re-floored with laminate flooring wall-to-wall and in the bathrooms porcelain tile. They started the remodeling on the second story and worked their way downstairs. We had our stairways customized with a white face for a bolder look. All our bathroom showers and tubs were remodeled as well and had custom frameless glass doors added as well as new vanities and mirrors. The crown jewel of the entire project was the new kitchen which included new cabinets and countertops along with 3 hanging pendent lights and a ceramic tile backsplash. There was also retrofit LED lighting installed throughout the house. These are most of the things Armando did for us. He made the process as easy as possible for us to deal with since we were still living in the home while the renovating was going on. He is a great communicator and keeps his word. Very responsive to text messages and phone calls that you make to him. If he says he will do something you can count on him to do it. He is upfront with all the charges as well in the contract. If there needs to be changes made he is very flexible to make them. He has a contractors license with the CA state board that you can verify as well. It was a great experience to work with Armando and I most highly recommend him for your home remodeling project big or small. Armando and his crew did a great job transforming my main living area into a more functional and beautiful space. They did work on my kitchen, dining room, balcony, popcorn ceiling, windows, bathroom, walk-in closet, and flooring. First, he and his crew work hard and they work fast. They are at the job site early and work a full day. I was amazed at how fast they were able to accomplish everything I asked them to do, and more. Second, Armando is always concerned about the quality of the work. If it doesn’t look good, he'll re-do it. Third, Armando is up front about the cost of things. If he comes across some issues during construction, he tells you how much it costs and leaves it up to you to decide what to do. In my particular project, there were a bunch of unknowns because we were opening up a wall. I ended up with significant change orders, but they were all necessary for the duct work and electrical needs that came up. Because of his experience in the remodeling business, Armando has a lot of ideas to improve the project that you might not have thought of before you started. Even though I ended up going over my original budget, I have to give it to him . . . They were all good ideas. I would definitely use ARC for another project. They can do it all . . . demo, electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, stucco, windows, paint, flooring, and finishing touches. I’m extraordinarily pleased with how the project went and how it turned out. After hearing about other people having bad experiences with contractors, I was impressed with ARC’s work ethic and the good communication with Armando about any issues. I really appreciate a business owner that takes pride in his work and does his best to work with the client.
