I love Dr. Lau but seriously EFF this company. I had in text appt was at 8:30. Google says they open at 8:30. FIX your info. I show up at 8:35 and they wouldnt see me since they said appt was 8:20 and only 10 minute grace period. I drove 40 minutes here. Seriously about to leave this group and find a better and more caring medical co. I work in the medical field and this is unheard of. Be better- be kinder.

Just when we find a good office, caring staff, etc... we have to change offices cause the insurance says so. uggh. May God bless you all.

Dr Knapp is one of the best Dr's I've ever had, unfortunately he works for optimal help which is one of the worst medical groups I've ever had. Optum would not cover anything and declined my medications and refills. I sure wish Dr. Knapp would leave this group I would be his patient in a heartbeat.

Scheduled an appointment. They "got me in" quickly. I got to the appt 20 min early and they asked me to wait outside to see if the dr could see me because of my "symptoms". I had 2 negative tests in the past week. They said because of "my symptoms" -congestion and sinus pain, they could only see me via a phone call from my car. How can the Dr. check for sinus infection from my phone? I am 20 weeks pregnant. They suggested I go to Urgent care... the whole thing I was avoiding. Why would I put my baby and I in harms way with a room full of COVID patients. Awful practice. How is this legal to not see patients who are sick? I'm so disappointed.
