The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Borrowdale is very nice. My OB in Yorba Linda couldnt take me in so the office recommended this location for an earlier appointment. Cute little office and very clean.

Attempted last week to get an appointment. Was only able to leave a message to get a call back with an answering service. A week later and noone has called me back. I call today and its now a fax signal noise. Nevermind. I guess healthcare isn't important to this business. I'll just go somewhere else and recommend all to do the same.

I went with my wife for her appointment and the visit was fine but 2 things really make me question choosing this place and I eventually decided to go to a different place before the 2nd appt. 1st one is somewhat reasonable: their COVID protocol is patient only, which is common, but there are other places that allow one guest. if you don'd mind going alone as a pregnant woman, this may not be a big deal. 2nd issue reveals a bigger problem. during the first visit the doctor prescribed my wife a pill for nausea. we were told it will be sent to pharmacy immediately but it didn't get to the pharmacy until 10 days later. the same thing happened again after the blood test result came out. a letter was mailed to me saying another prescription was sent to the pharmacy but 3 days after the letter was delivered, the prescription was not there. we went to the pharmacy 3 times in the same week, called this place twice (being told they'll send it asap every time) but still not prescription was received at the pharmacy. if they have the time to send a letter, I'm sure they could have send out the prescription. I'm not a medical professional but I don't think it would take much time to send a prescription. things like this never happened to me no matter who I turned to before. I got the impression that they prioritize other things over their patients (and the babies too) and I find it hard to accept it. I do not recommend this place based on my experience. if you're planning on coming here, be aware that your treatment may be delayed. update: I'm updating my review from 2* to 1* due to something I find out today. my wife was prescribed with cephalexin for UTI treatment from Caduceus and after a full week of phone calls (see above) we eventually get the medicine. ever since she started taking the medicine, her nausea got much worse and have been suffering much more than before. I didn't exactly understand why until today. The prescription says, 750mg per capsule, twice a day. I've taken cephalexin before for a surgery and the dosage I had is 500mg, twice daily, even that gave me a strong nausea. I'm roughly twice the size of my wife and I feel this 750mg is maybe too strong for her. (roughly 3 times dosage per pound of body weight) and I did some research on google. from many sources online, the dosage for UTI treatment during pregnancy should be no more than 250mg per tablet / capsule, and ranges from 2~4 times daily. Prior to today, my only dissatisfaction is from the person who handle the prescription: extremely inefficient and seems to be lying to us all the time to cover her mistakes. (it wasn't until a different person from a different number helped us and told us the previous person didn't send out the RX in a week). Now I started questioning the decision making of the doctor. I'm not a health professional but this dosage seems questionable to me, and my wife's reaction confirmed that too. I'll consult the current OB that we're seeing about the dosage and see what he has to say. I can be wrong, but if it indeed is too much, all I can say is I'm glad I decided to turn to a different doctor
