I am a first-time homebuyer, I had a great experience working with GR, my account executive was Moomtaz Ashrafi, she is an awesome person and easy to work with. Even though the closing was one day behind the scheduled date because of some minor confusion about the sale price vs the appraised price. But that wasn’t a big deal for me, that’s why I gave a 5 stars. Thanks again. JAK

I worked with Moomtaz Ashrafi on my home mortgage and she was really professional, always on top of her game. I was pleasantly surprised by Moomtaz's willingness to go above and beyond. Muslim organizations tend to have a bad reputation, but Moomtaz seems to offset that for Guidance Residential. I will definitely recommend that if possible, work with Moomtaz if you're going for Guidance Residential for your home mortgage.

I have recently refinanced my home from the Guidance Residential and am felling blessed that it it was done in halal way. But it could not be possible without the guidance of Allah and exceptional services from my Guidance account executive, Aminah Uwais.
