      image Atrocious customer service. You have to call them because they don't call you about ordering supplies like they say they will and when you get through they put you on hold and never return like Angie did to me. When you call back and ask for a manager they blow you off. When you tell Angie maybe I should let my doctor know about the problems I am having with Elite and find another supplier. She says ok. When you finally speak to a manager because your doctors office calls then Ken doesn't want to hear about the large number of problems you have experienced or try to fix them. He just wants you to go away and keep sending them money. As my doctors office put it best. All the supply companies are dirty slimy people that treat people like crap, Elite home medical is the same just maybe not as slimy. Stay away from this place!!
