One of the receptionists in the pregnancy wing was being very rude to a pregnant patient and her family! This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. My sister, mom and I were in the waiting room and while talking amongst ourselves at a good level in a quiet waiting room mind you, she decided to shush us loud and clear in front of everyone and after laughed with her coworkers. This behavior is uncalled for when after more patients arrived they started to talk too but didnt get the same treatment. Her name is Maria, from what I heard her coworkers call her. She had glasses and her hair seemed to be dyed blond. I would like to get something done about this behavior. It left me and my mother shocked and upset.
