These guys are my new go-to shop. I took my FJ here for some adjustments to my suspension and an alignment. Excellent work done in a timely manner. After chatting with Chris and Felix during the service, it's obvious they really know their stuff and enjoy their craft. In addition to off-road vehicles, they also have an entire section of their garage for sport performance work and maintenance (in addition to off-roading they also spend a lot of time on track). Tires, mounting and balancing, alignment like I already mentioned. These guys are pretty much a one stop shop for any of your high performance automotive needs. I much prefer to patronize an enthusiast owned business, like JH Garage, as opposed to a big brand shop. Make an appointment with JH, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this place. I got a full suspension system installed on my 4runner and the work was amazing. The staff was professional and attentive. The job got done quicker than I expected. And again, the work turned out great. I highly recommend.

Detailed review on their FB page. There's a version of this review that is 2,143 words long, unfortunately that excess the characters allowed per review. I'll have to save it for the formal complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) or the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This is the super short version. No communication from this shop. I am not local to them which was my choice, that is not their fault but I believe it made it easier for them to ignore me and not resolve my issue. They installed a king suspension lift on my 4runner. Rear spring was not seated in the cup right and a local shop had to fix it for me since they deemed it a possible safety issue. They installed the wrong front shocks, they installed the KDSS version when I specifically ordered the non-KDSS. They of course blamed KING. I only found out because they removed the sway bar kit without me asking for it, they sold it to me like they did me a huge favor because other customers wanted it like that. I found out days after I didn't have my sway bar anymore and had to drive another 2 more hours to pick up. Found out later when I wanted to reinstall that they didn't reinstall it because it is impossible to reattach it back on because of the reservoir mounts. Emailed them about it and they just said KING was closed due to COVID never followed up with me. I contacted king and they had been up and running for over a month and the never even reached out to me. KING stepped in without there being any proof that it was KING's fault and just fixed the issue for me. I find it very hard to believe that a shop that is all over Instagram as having done some many installs on 4runners wouldn't know that the wrong front shocks were installed. bolts were mixed and mismatched all over the place. Even though it is only two days later the shop never responded to my follow up email, which is why KING took care of my situation instead. Service: Steering & suspension repair
