THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. they do not do anything, and they double billed me for 5 months I could not get a response by email or phone. I had to cancel my card to end charges. I am out 3K. I filed a BBB complaint too.

This company charges tons of money and does nothing to help businesses. They claim they put you on all these platforms and even voice but they do not. I will be taking this company to court to recover my money.

I paid $348 on May 11 & it’s now July 9th & I am not registered on the voice search yet. I have made multiple attempts to contact APN by phone & email with no response.I want my money back & I am very upset!!

This company cold called me late last year and signed me onto services they promised were above board and did not provide me any services as far as I have found and researched, besides answering my call on occasion and telling me to keep hanging onto the service they were providing, that it will get better. 6 months plus of promises were given and still no results. I asked for a refund and they told me services were rendered when they were not. They just kept takimg my money monthly. I just called them and they are supposed to refund only o e out of the 6 months and told me services I paid for, that would be lifetime services, they are backing out of their word. I feel robbed and scammed of a couple thousand dollars over the last 6 months. They call themselves reputable but they are certainly not. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

Avoid this company at all cost, They sold me the voice search for 900.00 for 2 sites on march 1st 2023 and then 5 days later had a guy called Sam bain call me. He kept pushing me on getting his package for 500 a month for each site I had which i refused! So he Then told me the voice search I paid 900 for wouldn't work unless I paid him the extra money. So now I started action on my credit card and told Sam bain that I did and he told me that they never lose in claims, He also said he's had many of costumers get mad at this bait and switch but there is nothing they can do about it. These people are going to learn the hard way from ripping people off, I have only begun at getting my money back. Anyone that sees this trust me, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN LAUGH IN YOUR FACE ABOUT IT.
