Needed to do laundry late in the evening. Walked in before last wash time posted (and not just a few minutes, over ten minutes) and was told I was not allowed to start anything. If you're not going to let people start loads before the time you have posted then don't advertise that you will.

Says wheelchair accessible. But Asian manager rudely asked my wheelchair bound friend to go outside because she was blocking the area. 1st time she was sitting on a bench they provided and came in with a walker. The 2nd time she had a mobility chair checking on her clothes and he asked her to leave and wait outside. When i told him he was violating ADA, he said she could go elsewhere. So if you are disabled, in a wheel chair, or other physical disability, he is not accomodating. I will make a complaint with the city and the owners. I asked for his bosses name and he refused to provide it. Update: i was able to contact the owner via public records and the owner was very nice. Video evidence proved my complaint and he apologized and spoke with management. I will be deleting this post within the next 7 days.

Excellent laundry room, super clean , all time the owner stay in the business working and disinfect the machines handle doors its most important in this time , its to far to me but I continue to come this place
