My $4000 laser broke in 3 months. Tech support is a nightmare. They constantly make promises to call and never do. The 2 year warranty means nothing if you don't honor it. It has been a cat and mouse game for a month. Out of production and business failure. I will probably be taking this to court. I should have looked the company up on the BBB before buying. They have an F rating in case you are thinking of buying from them.
Per Omtech reply: My name is not Heather. My laser was purchased 3 months ago, and your comment just speaks to the way you run your company. So you resort to making people up? Buyer beware.

Purchased for making headstones.....which Omtech has a "blog" advertising this as something their machine can do. After speaking with tech support....TWICE...they confirmed the machine I was interested in (2435) would do it. I received the machine.. it is not possible to load the material to etch a headstone. I spoke with Sakura and he literally told me that their machine can etch headstone material but it basically was not their problem how to get the material to the machine. I'm very impressed with the company and their support. Useless machine!!!!!!

Terrible company with terrible tech support. Machine didnt work from day one and trying to get in touch with tech support was impossible. You call them and no one is available to help and when they do decide to call back its usually at an inconvenient time. Then when you call them back, they again have no one available and tell you theyll have someone call you. Email tech support may as well not exist, I emailed them at 5 in the morning and didnt get a response until 4 am the next day. They do offer virtual tech support, but you have to pay $50 for it and you have to schedule it. Also the phone tech support isnt 24/7 its 9-4 California time. I do not recommend this company and I will not be buying anything else from them.
