WASTED MY $$ MONEY $$ & COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Worst experience I've ever had with any insurance brokerage. The insurance (company) was fine, but this insurance broker screwed up and it ended up costing me close to $2,000 extra, all because of May Gomez not knowing what the hell she's doing. She kept giving me conflicting information from what the insurance company said. Kept saying they could not cover me because of a technicality even though several reps from the insurance company and their manager said it was fine and no big deal. Long story short there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication as a result and it ended up costing me way more than it should have because the company retroactively cancelled my policy going back 6 months causing the mortgage company to charge me a very expensive rate. No apology from them at all and they act like nothing ever happened. Never tried to resolve any of their errors. Totally useless.
