My husband, young son, and I were in this store last Saturday, August 26th at around 2 p.m. before heading to the Angels game and there was a very RUDE, passive-aggressive door greeter working the front door. We went into the store and bought $40 worth of merchandise then got distracted when we saw they were showing Guardians of the Galaxy on their t.v. near the front entrance. The man working at the front made this comment to one of his co-workers within earshot of my family and I "Oh, it must be nice to come into the store and watch a movie and enjoy the free air condition, they'll be getting popcorn and a drink soon too." I mean seriously? I really hate Disneyland and their rude employees, with indifferent, aloof attitudes. Even at Downtown Disney, the only shop we like is the Lego store. We will not not spend anymore time or money here ever again. We are disappointed every time we come here and it is not really fun at all. Both parks are so crowded and the cast members make it feel like you are at a carnival. These employees need to be re-trained and leave the attitude at home. Don't waste your money here, it is going downhill fast. Save your money and plan a trip to Disney World, it's a much better atmosphere and experience.

I went in looking for a limited edition star wars pin that was sold out through the whole park. I asked the employees at the desk if they maybe had any left. I immediately had two employees helping me. One went in the back to look while the other was calling the other stores in Downton Disney. I was not able to find it but the customer service really impressed me and they were very friendly. Exactly the kind of customer service one would expect from a Disney establishment. If you're a Star Wars fan then this is the store for you. They offer lots of graphic tees, art prints on canvas by amazing artists, and kinds of others Star Wars goodies. I would say it's even better than the Star Tours gift shop in the park.
