I've been coming here for about a year now.  I've been 100% happy.  The owner is very nice and has helped me out when I'm in a rush to have something done quickly.  Just give her a chance and she's sweet!

THE AMERICAN DREAMThis must be one of the hardest working families in the local Community! It's one of many reasons that I support them with my business. They are prompt friendly, and get my laundry done fast when I need it! I really enjoy coming to this place of business. Try it out

They don't even deserve 1 star. I just picked up my 2nd order from them. The first order was a basic dry cleaning no stains. This one had 2 shirts with what looked like coffee stains. I was reassured they would come out and that those red stickers are irrelevant because they look at the whole garment. To my surprise I saw that none of the stains had come out and I asked them to re do the shirts. She said they can't and they already tried hard. I asked them to not charge me for those since I have to pay another dry cleaner now and she said that since I used a coupon, they were basically free. Wow. Horrible customer service. I feel totally screwed and I paid about $30 for the entire order. My father was a dry cleaner for many years and I am very familiar with what it takes to keep your customers happy in this business. This place needs to shut its doors since it has no desire to actually do their job. I will never return to this place. Their prices are highly inflated and not listed anywhere so you have no clue what anything really costs.

I have been to this dry cleaner five times in the past couple of years.  The positive they have not lost my clothes.  The negative every time I have been in this dry cleaner it is always the same woman who helps me, I am under the assumption that she is the owner.  All I can say is 'service with a smile' is not in her vocabulary.  The woman is never friendly, she never smiles, she never greeted me and never thanked me for my business.  She really makes you feel uncomfortable and awkward.  I was the one who smiled, greeted and said thank you.  Their prices are not worth  coming here anymore and being treated so rudely.  Honestly if you are going to own a business take a basic course in customer service and you should honor your coupons, I can attest to them saying that the coupon does not apply.  Take your business elsewhere.
