Kevin, President, had his construction workers lay down tarp on a slanted floor - through rain and all, and left us with mold all over the terrace after removing the tarps. Then Kevin Franklin has the audacity to claim this was “plant material” as if nothing had been documented by us from the day prior to construction- to the day construction began, through the duration of construction, and finally recorded the day the tarp was removed. Kevin clearly doesn’t have a basic understanding that leaving tarps during rain for months will indeed cause mold (or “plant material” as he wrote) that his team failed to clean off and return my terrace to the condition it was left in. I’ve been in commercial and residential construction since 2002 and mold under tarps after rain during construction periods is common occurrence that apparently is new to Kevin Franklin. Absolute incompetence from Kevin and his team to walk away thinking this would be overlooked. Good luck with OCBS Inc, and bring umbrellas during their work, at this point we wouldn’t be surprised if he claims “water material” from the sky isn’t his problem either.
